DESCRIPTION:Each of the 10 sessions that comprise this certificate program will focus on a different element of effective professional communication. Designed to be highly interactive\, the sessions combine live instruction\, small group breakout activities\, and Q&A. \nIn addition to each session\, participants will complete assignments in a provided workbook.
