Position: Seeking a 3 to 6 months locum for a community general surgery practice in the Kawartha Lakes – 1.5 hours north east of Toronto/GTA.
Start Date of July/August 2026 – negotiable.
Applicant will take over a full time community general surgery practice including 2-2.5 office/clinic days, one OR day, one full endoscopy day and one half day minor procedures at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario.
Applicant will be expected to participate in a 1 in 4 on-call schedule. Overhead expenses negotiable.
Successful applicant should be comfortable in bread and butter general surgery procedures and upper/lower endoscopy. Minimally invasive experience is an asset.

Remuneration: OHIP Fee for Service
Existing Staff: 5 GP Anesthesiologists, 4 orthopedic surgeons, 2 OB/Gyn
