We reserve the right to decline offers from certain other industries that may potentially have a conflict of interest, but all will be considered on an individual basis.

* The Ontario Association of General Surgeons is a non-profit organization and is therefore not required to charge HST at this time. The fees listed above are flat rates, however there may be additional service fees if paying online or wire transfer. PayPal payments will include 2.9% service fee. |

1) Exhibitor Contract:
All potential exhibitors MUST submit a signed contract provided on the previous "Details" page.
2) Payment Options:
Payment in full is due before the event. There are several payment options...
a) Cheque (mail): Please make cheque payable to the "OAGS" or "Ontario Association of General Surgeons. (mail to: Attn. Treasury, Ontario Association of General Surgeons, P.O. Box 192, Station Main, Peterborough, ON K9J 6Y8). or...
b) Credit Card (PayPal Only): Major credit cards are acceptable - Canadian currency only. Once you complete the form below, you'll be taken directly to the PayPal site where you can pay securely online. You do not need a PayPal account. Alternatively, you can call the OAGS and pay over the phone: 705-745-5621. A 2.9% service fee may apply if paying online.
c) Wire Transfer/ EFT- contact OAGS. Service fee may apply.
